Cancelation Policy –  Inside Out Nature Training

Registration

Registration for an Inside Out Nature course is confirmed once the participant completes the registration form and receives the confirmation email with payment details.

Payment terms

A deposit of 30% is required within 10 days of receiving the payment details in order to secure a place.

The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 3 days prior to the start of the course.

Participant cancelations

  • 10 days or more before the course: the participant receives a refund of the deposit, minus administrative and bank transfer fees.
  • Between 10 and 2 days before the course: only the deposit can be refunded (minus fees).
  • Less than 2 days before the course: no refund will be issued.
  • If the participant’s place is filled by someone from the waiting list: a full refund is issued, with only a small deduction for administrative and bank transfer costs.

Course cancelation by Inside Out Nature

Very rarely a course may need to be cancelled or postponed (e.g. illness of the trainer, travel disruption, low participant numbers).
In this case, all participants receive a full refund of the amount they have paid, minus only the unavoidable transaction fees charged by banks or payment platforms.
Inside Out Nature does not cover personal costs such as flights, accommodation or visas.

Administrative & Transaction Fees

In all refund scenarios, Inside Out Nature retains a small amount to cover transaction charges and unavoidable administrative costs.

Replacements

If a registered participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their place to a colleague without extra cost, provided Inside Out Nature is informed before the course starts.
